David G. Meece, JD

David G. Meece is what he calls a “recovering” attorney.  While practicing law in the 1990’s, David noticed what he perceived to be a “void” in the dental industry.  That void was a lack of attractive options for young dentists who were interested in, but possibly unprepared for, the challenge and rigors of purchasing, owning, and operating a dental practice.  This revelation spawned the original idea for DMS. 

Still a licensed attorney, David is able to bring that additional expertise to the table when assisting doctors with practice purchases, negotiations, etc., but make no mistake . . . . he doesn’t miss the practice of law!  Starting and growing DMS has been his full-time pursuit since it’s beginning, and he has enjoyed every minute of it.  David resides in Hickory Creek, TX with his wife Amy and their daughters, Lauren, 5, and Audrey, 2.

William R. Jennings, DDS

Dr. Robby Jennings’ vision for practice management and for providing opportunities to young dentists is what defines his approach to dentistry.  In 1999, he aligned with DMS and has been the driving force behind its practice philosophy and doctor relations.  Dr. Jennings takes great pride in providing the highest quality dental care to his patients, and his clinical skill is coupled with a keen eye for management and practice development.

Early in his career, Dr. Jennings realized that the key to real success was to build a foundation that could provide equity, passive income, and a large investment portfolio and nest egg so that he wouldn’t have to be “tied to the dental chair” forever in order to have a sizable income.  Sharing that vision with dentists and helping them achieve their goals is what motivates Dr. Jennings to this day.
