Our Philosophy

It was David and Robby’s belief that with the proper guidance, financial assistance, and plan, any doctor could achieve his/her dreams in the dental industry.  But too often poor advice, bad decisions, or unsound financial planning doomed dentists to years of languishing in debt, stressful work, and frustration.  DMS’s original business model set out to create an organization that could bridge this gap for dentists, and help them reach their goals with minimal risk, maximum income, and a solid plan for the future.   What David and Robby didn’t know, was just how varied and wide-ranging those goals and “dreams” could be from one dentist to the other!  This discovery led to the development of what would become DMS’s signature attribute--  the ability to create individual, unique, personalized plans and “win-win” partnerships to achieve the specific goals and aspirations of it’s associated doctors.  The old cliché of “thinking outside the box” was not only important, it was essential, because in the dental industry . . . there is no box!  No cookie-cutter plan will work for everybody.  So DMS set about making itself the premiere group in the industry for creating workable, mutually beneficial plans for doctors to achieve their short-term and long-term goals, and assisting those doctors in each step along the way while leaving all the options in the doctor’s hands.
